Air duct cleaning can be an important part of maintaining a healthy home environment. By removing dust and debris from your air ducts, you can help improve the air quality in your home and reduce the amount of allergens that circulate through it. Many homes have dirty air ducts as a result of renovations or even from the original building of the home. This is why we recommend having air duct cleaning performed at least once if it has never been done before.
Unfortunately, there are many air duct cleaning scammers out there who take advantage of unsuspecting homeowners by providing substandard services (when services are performed at all) and by charging exorbitant prices. However, at Dry Step, we are a known, trusted and well-loved company that has been serving the communities of Delaware County and it's surrounding counties for over 20 years.
At Dry Step, we provide a modernized and effective air duct cleaning process that effectively cleans each individual vent line and does not require the creation of large holes in your furnace lines. Our air duct cleaning team consists of experienced professionals who approach their work with care and integrity. When you have your air ducts cleaned with Dry Step, you can rest (and breathe) easy knowing that your air ducts are well taken care of.
Our air duct cleaning process is designed to work with the flow of your ventilation system. Each supply and return line is cleaned individually in the direction that air is naturally flowing. By introducing high-pressured air into the line, we are able to pull dirt/debris from the supply lines, where is is extracted by our powered vac. For return lines, the air pressure sends the dust and allergens towards the trunk lines and filter in at the furnace, where it is then extracted.
Yes. According to the National Air Duct Cleaner's Association, using highly compressed air to blast debris from ducts is a more effective way of removing dust and reduces the possible damage on the ductwork. Our cleaning lines have no problem entering and maneuvering around the corners in ducts, using a powerful blast of air that efficiently cleans even the smallest crevices on metal and flex ducting - something conventional brushes cannot do!
Unlike many other duct cleaning systems, our system does not require us to cut large holes in your ventilation system's main lines. We typically perform our extraction via access at the furnace or by removing main line endcaps. We may be required to put in small 1 3/4" holes for some homes, but that is not always necessary. If holes are made, they are sealed up when we are done, preventing any loss in air pressure.
No. Due to advances in air duct cleaning technologies, large truck mounted systems are no longer required. Our system is relatively small and compact. Additionally, with our process you will not be inconvenienced by large flange tubes running into your home, requiring your exterior doors to be widely opened.
Yes. During extraction on supply lines, we use a clear covering hood that allows for visibility of the dust and debris that is being extracted from those lines.
